We only have one life, why not make the best of it. I coach and design programs for in the arena of running, cycling and swimming, short distance, long distance and Ultra distance, stage racing and Adventure Racing for the “crazies”. 

Less is always more. When you train, nurture and recover with a custom, focussed plan, you do not need all the “extras”. 

I have experience working with my own Life Coach, Sports Coach, Physiotherapist and Biokineticist, this combination along with a coach to “run the rave” with you makes for the right recipe to grow and achieve your goals in a healthy, sustainable and realistic way. 

All Cape Town based athletes gain access to my recovery machine.

All programs are focused to IMPROVE YOUR EFFICIENCY and PLANNING YOUR SEASON with Running and Cycling specific strength / Isometric and Eccentric loading. My plans integrate with Zwift and other indoor training apps.
