About
COACH TYLER
Less is always more. When you train, nurture and recover with a custom, focussed plan, you do not need all the “extras”.
2016, I believe in health and nutrition first and when it comes to training “less is always more”. This understanding and approach has also been greatly influenced and beneficial for me as a balanced individual, as a devoted husband and father. Along with this, I’ve been in the endurance world for more than 18 years and learned a lot – this included plenty of mistakes by either not getting nutrition right, over-training, not training correctly and the most important fact, not understanding RECOVERY.
I once weighed in at 130kg, it took me 18 months to drop to 90kg, I’m now between 79kg – 83kg. Depending on the season, race or maintaining.
Always keep it simple, it’s when we complicate it, the wheels come off – LESS IS MORE!
I have experience working with my own Life Coach, Sports Coach, Physiotherapist and Biokineticist, this combination along with a coach to “run the rave” with you makes for the right recipe to grow and achieve your goals in a healthy, sustainable and realistic way.
