EXPERIENCED COACH

A coach needs to be the inspiration to an athlete, not just for performance and nutrition but on physiological level as well.

The success of my approach lies in remaining interactive with my athlete. I am able and willing to listen and adapt to what the athlete needs are for their current situation, being a sounding board to training and their daily lives.

TRAINING + NUTRITION

Designing an individual training, eating and sports fueling program for each athlete based on their short term and long term goals and managing training stress load.

Being an athlete myself I can give eating and fueling advice that is tried and tested. Healthy options that are based on research and testing, and not on a new “trend”.

PERSONAL FOLLOW-UP

Staying in touch with your support system is key to success. My programs are built on trust and a commitment to support and constantly checking in on the athletes with weekly  feedback sessions.
